Qu’est ce qu’une analyse SWOT ?

L’analyse SWOT (Strenghts- Weaknesses – Opportunities – Threats) est un outil privilégié pour démarrer et analyser un projet. Il s’agit d’une analyse qui vous permet de réfléchir sur les forces et faiblesses de votre projet, ainsi que les opportunités et menaces qui peuvent l’affecter. Cet outil d’auto-évaluation permet de prendre de la hauteur sur le projet et de définir un plan d’actions.

Comment utiliser l’outil SWOT ?

Définir un animateur en charge d’expliquer les objectifs du SWOT
Former un groupe de 10 participants maximum pour participer à l’atelier en présentiel
Chacune personne à 5 min pour remplir chacune des catégories
Prioriser les éléments de chacune des catégories
